Shipping policy

Once your order is placed and dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation message with all the details of your delivery, including carrier information and tracking details for your package. We aim to deliver your order within 4-8 working days. If you would like your product delivered sooner, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Sache cannot take responsibility for delivery delays if an incorrect address is provided, if the contact number given at the time of order is unreachable, if the delivery location is inaccessible, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipping: Any import duties will be the customer’s responsibility.

Sache Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by reaching out to us on WhatsApp with your order details. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, any payments made will be fully refunded within 15 working days.

Please note, we cannot process requests for changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
